As you navigate your way through the twists and turns of life,
Forty Year Journey
Like many therapists and practitioners, my own explorations to find solutions to the myriad of emotional, physical and energetic challenges led me to train in EFT and many other modalities over the past forty years, and in that time, I have used each and every one of them with myself, my family, and my courageous clients.
I’m someone who likes to know everything I can about a topic and so my curious mind and endless thirst for knowledge even led me to complete a Master of Science degree in Holistic Approaches to Healing. It was this which opened my eyes to the incredible ways in which science and spirituality go hand in hand, a central tenet of my work that’s woven through all that I offer.
To this day, I celebrate the scientific understanding of the mechanisms by which EFT and other modalities influence and contribute to our balance and growth, physically, spiritually and energetically guiding us towards wellness and fulfilment.

I am proud to say that as an Accredited EFT Advanced Practitioner, Master Trainer, and EFT Supervisor with the EFT & Mindfulness Centre (EFT&MC), all EFT Trainings and EFT Supervision that I offer are Certified and Accredited. Not only that, as a qualified and experienced Adult Education Teacher, you can be assured of the highest level of training and support.
